In a single screen that does not scroll or take up multiple pages, OpinionLab comment cards generate a wealth of valuable voice of customer data:
- Standard content, design, and usability ratings allow OpinionLab clients to track page performance and anonymously benchmark success against competitors within each industry vertical.
- Open-ended comments are interpreted, bucketed, and distributed to appropriate parties based on content—all in real time.
- Clients add custom questions to individual pages, so teams can run studies or gather specific information from target audiences.
How It Works
When a customer clicks on a [+] feedback link or survey invitation, a comment card either loads in a new window or appears in a div layer. As a supplement to the familiar [+] feedback link, many clients also embed cards directly into web pages to encourage greater feedback volume.
Clients can employ the same comment card site wide or customize cards for certain website pages or sections—with no IT support. Self-serve customization options include
