When you place this feedback link on your website, you invite consumers to share opinions in their own words, at anytime, from anywhere.

Core Methodology

Our core methodology centers around opt-in, page-specific feedback: consumers click the familiar [+] link to open a simple, dynamic comment card that allows them to leave ratings, open-text comments, and answers to custom questions.

When customers click Submit, we interpret, bucket, and distribute this voice of customer data to appropriate parties in real time. In addition, reporting toolkits monitor page-specific feedback data and automatically alert selected stakeholders to irregularities, so our clients are the first to know about website issues and opportunities.

Clients who rely on this system open a pipeline of continuous listening, collecting and monitoring feedback data on a page-by-page basis to make customer input highly actionable.
